New Housing Officer for Peak District Rural Housing Association

We’re pleased to introduce Theresa Chamberlain, our new Housing Officer for Peak District Rural Housing Association.

Theresa will be co-ordinating all things housing including allocations, advising on rent queries, benefit notifications and anti-social behaviour.

Theresa’s not new to Peak District Rural Housing Association though. She joined the association in 2014 as our Housing Services Coordinator. Over the years, she’s gained a vast amount of knowledge about the needs of our rural communities and she’s great at finding effective solutions for residents.

She said: “I’m excited to work with and support our residents. It’s been a pleasure speaking with residents as the new Housing Officer already, and I truly appreciate the warm welcome I have received!”

Ed Massey, Housing Services Manager, said: “We’re delighted that Theresa is our new Housing Officer. We’re so pleased that we could support her career progression within the team. As well as being very organised and knowledgeable, Theresa is a people person, and I know she will always go above and beyond to help our residents.”

If you need to get in touch with the housing team, please email enquiries@midlandsrural.org.uk or call on 0300 1234 009.
